Brochure and rate sheet sharing — automatic, matched.
Once a lead is qualified, the AI sends the matching property brochure, floor plans, and rate sheet automatically based on the qualification answers. If you have a project catalog, the AI shows it as a WhatsApp Native Catalog where the lead can browse projects inside chat.
The brochure that arrives matches what the lead asked for. No more 'oh, that's the 3BHK, I asked about 2BHK' moments.
Chapter 03
Site visit scheduling — date-picker, calendar, agent assignment.
When a qualified lead expresses interest, the AI offers available site visit slots via an in-chat date picker tied to the agent's Google Calendar. Confirmation is sent with site address, directions, agent name and contact, and a reminder 2 hours before the visit.
The agent's calendar updates. The agent's CRM record updates. The lead receives confirmation. None of this requires a human typing.
Chapter 04
Multi-touch follow-up — day 3, day 7, day 14, automated.
Leads that don't convert on the first conversation enter a follow-up sequence. Day 3: 'thinking about it? happy to share another similar option'. Day 7: 'price update on the project you liked'. Day 14: 'limited inventory alert'. Each message is configurable, branded, and stops automatically if the lead responds or opts out.
Follow-up consistency moves from 'whenever the agent remembers' to 'every time, every lead'.
Chapter 05
Post-visit interest check — flag the warm leads for senior closure.
24 hours after a site visit, a follow-up message asks for feedback and next steps. The AI classifies the response — hot, warm, cold — and notifies the senior agent only on the hot leads. The warm and cold continue the standard sequence.
