Refund and cancellation policy

This policy forms part of Waaru’s Terms of Service and describes the current free early-access period.

1. Current Waaru access

The current authenticated MVP is free. Waaru does not require a paid subscription, trial conversion, seat purchase, or billing identifier to access the current product surface.

2. Refunds during free early access

Because Waaru does not currently charge a platform subscription fee, there is no Waaru subscription payment to refund. If you believe Narayana Nexus charged you in error, email us with the date, amount, payment reference, and registered account email so we can investigate.

3. Meta messaging charges

Meta messaging charges are separate from Waaru’s platform access and are governed by your arrangement with Meta. Waaru adds no markup to those charges during the current free early-access period and cannot issue a refund for an amount charged directly by Meta.

4. Account cancellation

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected] from the registered account address. We may need to verify the request and the requester’s authority before closing a workspace.

Data retention and deletion follow the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, applicable law, and any documented export or deletion request.

5. Future paid services

If Waaru introduces a paid service, the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before any charge is authorised. This page will be updated with the applicable effective date.
