Does Waaru create the appointment in Google Calendar?
Yes. After the customer confirms, Waaru can create a managed event and notify its guests.
Can the appointment be rescheduled or cancelled?
Yes. A workflow can update or cancel an appointment managed by Waaru using its saved appointment reference.
Can Waaru search every event in the account?
No. It works with selected calendar bindings and managed events. Arbitrary public event lists, search, raw IDs, and broad calendar administration are not exposed.
Does connecting availability grant event-write access immediately?
No. Initial authorization covers identity, calendar selection, and free-busy access. Event access is requested later when an operator enables appointment management.
