Optional professional service purchase terms

Effective date: 4 November 2026 · Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply only to an optional professional service order that expressly accepts version services-terms-2026-11-04-v4. They do not change the agreement for your existing free Waaru platform account. Platform access is currently free for a limited time under the separate platform terms; buying a service does not buy perpetual free platform access. AI usage and Meta messaging charges are separate from these implementation services.

Seller and contact

The seller is Narayana Nexus, operating Waaru at https://www.waaru.app.

Main Road, Near Ganesh Temple, Ganesh Nagar, Gondia, Maharashtra 441601, India.

For enquiries, order questions or complaints, email [email protected] or call +91 7558532805. Include your order reference when available. Your payment confirmation also provides the contact for paid-service support.

Scope and price

A service is a defined implementation project, not a subscription or a team of human agents operating your business. The package scope shown before checkout and recorded with your order controls what you purchase.

India checkout supports these one-time INR packages:

  • Connect: ₹4,999. One workspace and assistance connecting up to five eligible WhatsApp numbers; up to two template submissions in total using your approved text; connection testing, onboarding and handover; seven days of support for defects within the agreed scope.
  • Chatbot launch: ₹14,999. Connect scope plus up to five rules-based chatbots, up to ten nodes per chatbot and fifty chatbot nodes total; up to 20 supplied answers across the package, one lead form with up to five fields and inbox handoff; one language, one revision and 14 days of defect support.
  • Automation setup: ₹29,999. Chatbot launch scope plus up to five automation workflows, up to ten nodes per workflow and fifty automation nodes total, one supported integration with up to three agreed actions or events, one revision, tested handover and 21 days of defect support.

A node is each configured trigger, message, question/input, condition/branch, action, integration operation, delay or handoff in the delivered flow. Start and end nodes count if present. Nodes inside nested or reused subflows count towards the containing chatbot or workflow's limit; reuse does not create an unlimited-work allowance. Separately delivered or duplicated chatbot and workflow variants also count towards the relevant five-build limit. Where the two limits apply, both the per-build and package total must be met. Automation setup includes up to fifty chatbot nodes and up to fifty automation nodes, not an unlimited number of either. Supplied answers and lead fields must also fit within the node limits. Additional chatbots, workflows, nodes, languages, integrations, revisions, duplicated variants or requirements need a separate written scope and quote before work begins. These are limits on implementation work purchased from Waaru, not quotas on what you can build yourself in the free platform.

The checkout total is the amount authorised for the order. Additional work needs a separate written scope and price. Third-party usage, hosting, ongoing maintenance and ongoing management are not included. Packages do not include unlimited revisions. Scope changes, extra revisions and new requirements must be agreed and priced in writing before that additional work begins; there is no automatic charge for them. For custom development and integration, discuss requirements, delivery and commercial terms on a free discovery call. The agreed scope, schedule, price and payment terms must be recorded in a written quote before you decide to proceed. International pricing displayed for enquiries does not mean international online payment is enabled.

Prerequisites and delivery

You must have authority to provide access to the relevant Meta business assets and connected systems. Supply accurate requirements, approved text and answers, and timely access to the systems needed for the agreed scope. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to use your supplied content and data. Review the configured work and participate in agreed testing before using it with live customers. Delays in supplying access, content, decisions or testing feedback can move the agreed schedule; the team will discuss a revised slot with you. Silence does not count as acceptance of delivery or approval of extra work. The included connection assistance covers only numbers that are not registered on WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business app when connection begins, and is subject to Meta account eligibility, number limits and approval. You must control the numbers and complete any required number verification. Transferring or migrating existing registrations, keeping an app registration active through coexistence, account recovery and Meta approval are not included or guaranteed. The package does not override Meta limits or promise that every submitted number will be approved. A configured chatbot is rules-based; AI knowledge bases and custom code require a separate scope. Automation packages use supported connectors; new APIs, custom authentication and complex two-way synchronisation need a quote.

Fixed packages are paid in full upfront when checkout is available. After payment is independently confirmed, Waaru sends a payment confirmation email with your private order link. You must use your order page to schedule the initial 45-minute onboarding call to agree your first service slot with the team. If the order needs review, contact the paid-service team before booking. A calendar booking alone is not proof of payment.

The first service slot and project schedule are agreed during onboarding after requirements and access are reviewed. No package promises delivery within a fixed number of days, and payment does not guarantee an immediate start. Delivery consists of digital configuration, testing and handover; no physical goods are shipped. The package's defect-support period starts at handover and covers defects within that scope; new requirements are additional work. Service delivery does not guarantee account or template approvals, message delivery, uptime or business outcomes controlled by Meta, a bank or another provider.

Neither free nor paid services include a service-level agreement (SLA) unless Narayana Nexus expressly agrees to one in a separate written agreement. There is no guaranteed uptime, first-response time, resolution time or business outcome without that agreement. The seven-, 14- and 21-day defect-support periods are coverage windows, not response or resolution deadlines. This does not remove the agreed implementation scope, in-scope defect support or mandatory remedies.

Payment processing and a second provider

PayU is the primary hosted payment provider. Domestic checkout can open a PayU payment window on Waaru; a separate PayU payment page is available for browsers that do not support the window. Bank authentication or a payment app may require leaving the page. Waaru does not collect card credentials or bank-authentication OTPs. If PayU independently confirms an eligible failed attempt without a debit, Waaru may continue the same order once through Easebuzz. You do not need to refill the Waaru form, but you may need to choose a payment method and complete bank authentication again. This is not a guarantee that the second attempt will succeed.

Cancellation, an incomplete checkout, a timeout, an unconfirmed debit or a risk rejection does not authorise an automatic second payment. If money was debited or the outcome is unclear, do not start another order; contact support with the existing order reference. A second verified capture is retained for manual investigation. Waaru does not automatically refund or conceal a duplicate charge.

Refunds and cancellation

Once you book the initial onboarding meeting, cancellation or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund. There is no automatic service-cancellation refund before or after booking. This does not prevent a payment provider from reversing a failed transaction or remove the need to investigate duplicate or erroneous charges.

Waaru considers a refund only if it does not provide or complete the promised service, including when Waaru lacks the capacity to deliver the agreed scope. Requests are reviewed manually at Narayana Nexus's discretion. Applicable consumer rights and other mandatory law remain unaffected, including any remedy required for a service that cannot be supplied as agreed.

Submit refund requests by email only: reply to your payment confirmation with the order reference and reason. Explain any duplicate, erroneous or unrecognised charge so the team can investigate the provider records. Do not send full card details, passwords or OTPs. Waaru will communicate its decision by email and initiate an approved refund within 15 business days after approval. This is the initiation timeframe, not a promise of when your bank or payment provider will credit the funds; any shorter timeframe required by applicable law prevails.

Purchase data and privacy

To arrange and fulfil your service, Waaru records the contact details, package, requirements and purchase information you submit. The form does not offer saved progress or automatically save what you type. Submitting an enquiry or continuing to payment records the submitted details so the team can arrange or fulfil the service. Previously saved, unsubmitted and unlinked drafts from the earlier form continue to expire under their existing 30-day retention rule; submitted enquiries and purchase records are retained as service and business evidence under the applicable retention policy.

For payment processing, necessary buyer and order details are shared with PayU. If the permitted second attempt is used, necessary name, email, phone and order details are shared with Easebuzz. Hosted providers collect payment credentials directly. Waaru does not store raw card credentials or bank-authentication OTPs. The buyer snapshot, including the billing address and phone, is encrypted in the service order. Name and email are also kept in the limited staff view; payment credentials and private access tokens are not shown there.

Payment confirmations are sent by email. The order page and account services page show verified payment and fulfilment information. Calendar providers process booking information when you schedule a meeting. These terms do not authorise marketing or automatic abandoned-checkout messages. The existing privacy policy continues to apply to your platform use and explains privacy rights and contact routes.

Acceptance and changes

Your order records the service terms version and content hash accepted at checkout. A later published version does not rewrite that order's accepted scope or price. An older order that did not accept the Easebuzz notice needs explicit acceptance before its buyer details are shared for a second attempt.

The separate platform terms, refund policy and privacy policy continue to govern platform use. Their material-change notice commitments apply independently; publishing these service terms is not notice of a change to an existing platform agreement. These optional purchase terms govern this additional service transaction; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
