Understand Billing and provisional plans
Review free platform access and the dashboard’s provisional plan-interest controls without confusing them with checkout or AI usage billing.
Reviewed
The non-AI platform is free. AI features are pay as you go, and Meta messaging charges remain separate. The current dashboard's Provisional plans controls record interest; they are not a checkout flow.
Review or change plan interest
- A workspace Admin opens Settings > Billing.
- Review Provisional plans and the explanation beside the action.
- Select the relevant interest action if you want to record the workspace's preference.
- Read the confirmation before leaving the page.
Selecting a provisional plan does not collect payment, activate a paid subscription or change access. Selecting again updates the workspace's existing interest record rather than creating another subscription.
Do not treat a provisional amount in the dashboard as an active platform charge. Use the website pricing page for the free-platform and separate AI model, and contact Waaru for the applicable AI rate and billing unit. No numerical AI rate is supplied by this guide.
Keep access and safety separate
An unavailable page or blocked message can be caused by a disconnected number, missing role or number grant, customer consent, provider state or a technical limit. Recording plan interest does not resolve those conditions.
Start with dashboard access, number quality or messaging restrictions depending on the error. Bring your own AI remains work in progress.
Read Dashboard and SLO reports
Interpret dashboard activity and SLO promotion lag, flow completion and node dropoff without confusing operational measures with delivery or response-time guarantees.
