Review account and workspace policies
Find current policy decisions, separate personal acceptance from workspace Admin acceptance, and recover access when a new policy version needs review.
Reviewed
Open Settings > Policy & tracking > Policies to review the current decisions for your account and workspace. Account policies and workspace policies have different decision makers.
Review the current version
- Open each linked policy and read its current version.
- Review the decisions shown for your account separately from the decisions shown for the workspace.
- Select the required decisions you are authorized to make.
- Choose Accept current policies and confirm the updated state.
Each member handles their own account decisions. A workspace Admin accepts the current Refund and Cancellation Policy and Data Processing Agreement for the workspace. Another teammate's acceptance does not replace your personal decision.
When review blocks a task
The dashboard can open a policy-review page when a required current decision is missing. Complete that review before retrying the original task.
If the page says Admin review required, ask a workspace Admin to review the workspace policies. Do not accept on behalf of the organization without the required authority or share an Admin account to bypass the check.
If the policy version changes before submission, review the current version and submit again. An old successful decision does not necessarily cover a newly required version.
Keep tracking choices separate
Product insights controls optional product analytics and masked session replay. Those choices do not replace policy acceptance, customer messaging consent or the recording consent for a live support session.
The linked policy text is the source for its terms. This guide explains where to review and record the decision; it does not change those terms.
Update account and workspace details
Edit your personal profile, maintain company details and timezone as a workspace Admin, and distinguish personal information from shared settings.
Configure consent replies and WhatsApp safety
Set opt-out keywords and STOP/START replies, and understand how active marketing warnings differ from the safety checks on new sends.
