Manage WhatsApp numbers and quality

The Numbers page is the source for connection and provider state in the dashboard. Open the exact number before changing profile, access, or recovery settings.

Read the number card

Depending on the data available from Meta, a number can show:

• connection and verification state;
• display number and business profile;
• quality rating and template quality context;
• messaging tier, throughput, and unique-recipient usage;
• the last successful provider refresh;
• team members permitted to use the number.

Missing or stale provider data should not be interpreted as healthy. Select the available refresh or verification action before a campaign or template test.

Manage the business profile

Use Edit profile to update supported public business fields. Review the result after saving because some fields are subject to provider validation and can take time to appear across WhatsApp surfaces.

Manage access

Use Manage access to grant an eligible teammate access to this number. The teammate still needs a workspace role that permits the requested action. Removing a number grant narrows future access without changing the role itself.

Reconnect or disconnect

Use Reconnect when Waaru requires renewed provider authorization. Follow the account selection carefully so the same business account and phone number are restored.

Disconnecting removes the number from active use in Waaru. It preserves workspace history and does not detach the number from unrelated applications. Features that require a connected number remain unavailable until an eligible number is connected again.
