Manage notifications and privacy preferences
Save email notification preferences and separate product analytics from masked session replay in Waaru’s Policy and tracking settings.
Reviewed
Personal preferences control notifications and optional product measurement. They do not change customer WhatsApp consent, message eligibility or another teammate's settings.
Save email notification choices
- Open Settings > Notifications.
- Review Email notifications and the available event categories.
- Select the categories you want to receive and save the changes.
- Confirm the saved result before leaving.
Sign-in and billing emails remain required. The current form controls email preferences; it does not configure an arbitrary alert destination or delivery channel.
An in-app notification is a pointer to work that needs attention. Open the campaign, conversation, workflow run or number record to verify its outcome.
Choose analytics and replay separately
- Open Settings > Policy & tracking > Product insights.
- Review Product analytics and Masked session replay independently.
- Set the choices you intend to allow, then save.
- Confirm the saved state. An unsaved switch change is not proof that the preference persisted.
Masked session replay requires product analytics. Neither choice grants permission to use customer conversations for marketing or changes a contact's WhatsApp consent. Read the current descriptions and privacy policy for the stated use.
Find related controls
Use the Policies tab for account and workspace policy review. Use Account for personal profile details. Recording and optional screen sharing for live support have their own consent flow.
If a preference fails to save, preserve the intended choices, read the error and use the available retry. Do not assume a failed save changed the current record.
Request and download data exports
Create a private contacts or conversations export, review its filters, download the resulting CSV, and recover a failed or expired request in Waaru.
Manage connected app integrations
Review integration availability, connect an app when setup is enabled, and use its events or actions safely in Waaru Automation and Logic Flows.
