Create a workspace

• Access to your email account.
• Your name and mobile number with country code.
• Your company name and industry.

1. Sign inCopy Anchor Link

If a teammate invited you, open their invitation using the invited email instead of creating another workspace.

1. Open Create a Waaru workspace.
2. Choose Continue with Google, or enter your Work email and select Create free workspace once the security check is ready.
3. For email sign-in, open the email titled Sign in to Waaru and select its sign-in link. No password is required.

2. Complete your detailsCopy Anchor Link

1. On About you, enter Your name and Mobile. Select Continue to business.
2. On Your business, enter Company name and choose Industry. Select Review & create.

Your profile mobile is a contact detail, not a WhatsApp connection. Setup does not require mobile OTP verification or access to Meta yet.

Role, website, team size and primary use case are optional. Your email comes from your signed-in account. Progress saves automatically; optional business details can be added later in Settings.

3. Review and createCopy Anchor Link

Check your details, then open and review each policy:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
• Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Data Processing Agreement

Record each decision separately. You must be authorized to accept workspace policies for the business. Select Create workspace when all required decisions are recorded.

Expected resultCopy Anchor Link

Your workspace dashboard opens. The setup panel shows what to do next. Pages that need WhatsApp may direct you to Numbers until you connect an eligible number.

Public signup is open. The platform is free. AI features are pay as you go; Meta messaging charges are separate.

TroubleshootingCopy Anchor Link

• No sign-in email: check spam and your email address. Request a fresh link from sign-in if the previous link expired.
• Policy version changed: review the current version before submitting again.
• Creation rejected: correct the field or policy decision named in the error. Continue the existing setup.
• Draft will not load: select Retry loading draft.
• Changes will not save: keep the page open and select Retry saving draft. Wait for success before closing it.
• Creation result is uncertain: select Check workspace status before creating again. The original request may have succeeded; follow the recovered workspace or the next action shown.
