Get help with Waaru Care

Contact support and follow replies in your dashboard.

Reviewed

Open Help and support in the dashboard to reach Waaru Care. Use one request for one issue so its context and replies stay together.

Submit a useful request

  1. Select Talk to support and choose the category that matches your problem.
  2. Enter a clear Subject and describe the task, expected result and actual result in Details.
  3. Select a response preference under What response would help?.
  4. Review Include technical context before selecting it. Include only the context you intend to share.
  5. Submit the request and read its resulting status.

Include the affected page, approximate time and a safe error code or request identifier when available. Never include passwords, API keys, signing secrets, provider tokens or unnecessary customer conversation content.

Confirm delivery and follow replies

A request saved in Waaru may still be pending delivery to support. Read the delivery state before assuming the team received it. Keep the existing request rather than creating repeated copies while delivery is pending.

Open the request in Waaru Care to review its history and add a reply. Continue there when you have new evidence or need to answer a support question. A submission confirmation does not promise a response time or immediate live availability.

If a request or reply fails, preserve your text and use the retry/recovery action shown for that request. Report the safe error details if the failure persists. Do not paste a credential to help reproduce the problem.

Recover access through a partner portal

If your organisation has an enabled partner integration, open Waaru from that partner's portal. Select Continue with your partner when prompted. You use your existing portal identity and do not create a separate Waaru password.

If access has ended, sign in to the partner portal again and reopen Waaru. Ask your organisation owner or the partner's support team to check your membership and permissions if access remains unavailable. Share the approximate time and safe error details. Never send login tokens or credentials.

Live help

When live assistance is available or the support team sends an invitation, follow recorded live support. Review its recording and screen-sharing consent before joining. You can continue through the written request if you do not want a recorded call.

Next: Recover setup, restore a number, or troubleshoot a workflow.
