Contacts and audiences
Create and import contacts, organize them with labels and static or dynamic segments, and keep consent and WhatsApp eligibility visible in Waaru.
Reviewed
Contacts are the people your workspace can identify across conversations, campaigns, and workflows. A contact record keeps the phone number, basic profile, labels, segment membership, consent state, and WhatsApp eligibility together.
Manage contacts
Add, find, edit, label, and review a contact.
Import a CSV
Map a contact file, attest consent, and review the import result.
Build a dynamic segment
Evaluate a reusable audience from current contact, activity, and campaign data.
Consent and segments
Understand opt-outs, sender restrictions, and reusable audiences.
Before you message an audience
A stored phone number is not permission to send a message. Keep the source and scope of consent outside or alongside Waaru according to your compliance process. Waaru applies recorded opt-outs and provider restrictions when it evaluates whether a contact can be messaged.
Static segments are explicit lists. Dynamic segments evaluate a saved rule against current workspace data. A broadcast to several selected segments targets contacts who match any selected segment (the union), then removes contacts who are not eligible. An empty selection never means every contact.
