Build WhatsApp replies with Logic Flows

Build WhatsApp workflows that reply to messages, ask questions, use connected apps, and pass conversations to your team. Follow the visual editor guides.

Reviewed

Logic Flows respond when a customer messages your business on WhatsApp. You connect steps in a visual editor to send replies, ask questions, choose what happens next, and hand a conversation to a teammate. These rule-based steps do not require an AI provider.

Use Logic Flows for inbound response

Good examples include answering a known keyword, routing a Click-to-WhatsApp enquiry, collecting a small set of details, updating contact data, and handing the conversation to a person. Logic Flows are not a drip campaign or a long-running scheduler. Use Automation flows for scheduled or externally triggered operational work.

A draft can be edited without changing the currently published version. Publishing creates the version that can be activated for live inbound traffic.

Coordinate with Developer API handling

A number using Developer API handling does not run Logic Flow for new inbound messages. Choose the intended handler in Settings > Developer > API keys before testing. See Developer API setup for the effect of switching.
