Automate scheduled tasks and app events

Use Waaru Automation flows to start tasks on a schedule or from an app event. Learn to choose a trigger, connect steps, test the flow, and check results.

Reviewed

Automation flows run tasks when a schedule or event starts them. For example, a connected app can provide data for the next step. The starting event is called a trigger. The run history shows what each step did.

Automation flows and Logic Flows

Use an Automation flow when a schedule or system event should update data, call an available integration action, save a fixed audience for that run, or prepare a broadcast. Use a Logic Flow when the trigger and response belong to an inbound WhatsApp conversation.

Automation flows follow the rules you set. The published steps and trigger settings decide what runs; they do not require an AI provider. A test run helps verify the path, but it does not prove that a future external event will contain the same data.
